10 Tips for a conscious life
It’s that time again when people send best wishes to their families and friends. Instead of just sending wishes, which only make you feel good for a fleeting moment, let me also give you 10 tips that will help you really get what I wished you, namely, peace, happiness and prosperity
Here they are:
- Start with gratitude. Count your blessings every day. Gratitude opens your heart to more love and blessings.
- Be yourself. Stop living according to others’ expectations.
- Take care of yourself. Stop feeling guilty for not being able to make everybody else happy.
- Let others be themselves. Try accepting, instead of changing, them. Then you will find them actually changing in the way you want.
- Let God. It’s going to rain. There will be snow. Someone will block the traffic. It’s part of the game of life. So take it easy.
- Know that there is not always a right way and a wrong way of doing things. There are only your way and others’ ways.
- You don’t have to be always right. It’s too stressful that way.
- Remember, no matter how imperfect you think you are, there are always people who love and like you.
- Take self responsibility for everything. It’s never others’ fault. So don’t blame them.
- Clear your clutter – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Your clutter creates brain noise, confuses your mind, weighs you down and can even paralyze you. So get it out.
